We are delighted that Transition won his maiden at Lingfield this afternoon for owner Prince Khalid Abdullah. Having stepped up in trip to run over one mile he won the ‘Ladbrokes Where The Nation Plays EBF Novice Stakes’. He made all under Joe Fanning, quickened away from the field two furlongs out and stayed on to win well. Well done to Barry Smith who looks after him at home.
