Tattersalls October Sales

There were lots of top class pedigrees on show at Tattersalls Book 1 Yearling Sale this week and we were delighted to come away with this beautiful Oasis Dream filly to train. We are looking forward to Book 2 starting on Monday and also the horses-in-training sale at the end of the month. Diamond Falls finishes third on debut – Tuesday 1st October

Diamond Falls made his racecourse debut on Tuesday 1st October at Kempton and finished third in the Novice Auction Stakes under Kieran Shoemark. We are delighted with how he ran, he made progress from two furlongs out and ran on well inside the final furlong up through horses to take third in the last strides of the race. This exciting two-year-old is for sale and more information can be found on the For Sale section of our website.

Tinto wins at Yarmouth – Thursday 19th September

Having just been beaten at Sandown on his previous start, we were delighted when Tinto won the intu Chapelfield Shopping Centre Handicap at Yarmouth yesterday.  The race was run at a decent gallop and Tinto, ridden by Marco Ghiani, made headway on the outer over 1f out to win going away in the final furlong.

Sash wins at Bath – Saturday 14th September

We are delighted that Sash won at Bath today for owner breeder Prince Khalid Abdullah. Carrying top weight, Sash won the ‘John Herman Handicap’ under Adam McNamara.  He made all and was ridden strongly when challenged over two furlongs out, but stayed on well to assert inside the final furlong and won comfortably by 3/4 length.

Dutch Story wins at Yarmouth – Thursday 9th August

We are so pleased that Dutch Story got his head in front at Yarmouth to win the ‘MansionBet Best Odds Guaranteed Handicap’ on his fourth outing. Ridden by Martin Dwyer, Dutch Story led before being ridden two furlongs out and ran on well when challenged to win comfortably by 1 3/4 lengths with his ears pricked in front.
