Open Wide returned to form to win the Unibet 3 Uniboosts A Day Handicap at Kempton on Friday night. Ridden by Joey Haynes, he was slowly into his stride but picked up to take the lead from one furlong out and ran on well inside the final furlong. We are delighted for his owners George Materna and John McInerney and well done to his lad, Mark Treadwell.

He ran in the Group 3 Sprint Stakes and finished third behind triple Group 2 winner A’Ali and Liberty Beach who finished third in the Gr.1 King’s Stand Stakes at Royal Ascot! All being well he will run in the Group 3 Hackwood Stakes at Newbury on Saturday 18th July.
